It's regular fast food. Perfectly good. Recently slightly remodeled. Odd interaction with the young man behind the counter.

Double check your order if you placed a large order.

I love hamburgers. Here is the one of place. They make good beef meat and chicken. And smoothies

never a problem for me, go in and use the ordering kiosks. the site is clean and staff is friendly

actually very present today we got our food fast was able to enjoy a very good breakfast they got a lot better with service employees still need to pay attention to customers when they come up to the counter they respond very slowly

This location usually has a line. However, the employees here work hard and make your wait worthwhile with the value they personally add with each person they help. The only think I would pick on is the restrooms. They could use a little more attention to details. Overall, great experience!

Didn't eat the food, just used the bathroom, nice and clean. The restaurant was remodeled however. Looks nice.

No drive thru, doesn't serve fries until 11am. Employees are very rude!

I'm not sure WHICH McDonald's it's asking a Review for. We started at the one on Union Ave (across from Walgreens). They were mostly standing around, ignoring customers, etc. Finally, a guy came out from behind the counter and demanded we use the auto machine. We told him we were paying by cash. He huffed loudly then continued to ignore us while demanding the people behind us in line to use it while neglecting to 1st inform them it was credit card only. Then he just stood there making sure everyone used the machine. I looked at the registers and both were turned on and ready to use. WTH? I loudly stated that we will go somewhere else that knows what customer service was. We went up into Los Gatos and had great service at the McDonald's on Los Gatos Blvd.

It is remodeled recently. It is child friendly and has several kiosks for young customers to order the meal without interacting with clerk. Far more convenient to foreign visitors.

I visit this place a lot since I work in the area. I like how the service is always good and they keep the place well organized constantly. Pricing is affordable and they serve large portions.

I've been coming to this McDonald's for years, usually for breakfast on the way to the coast. Since it got an update/modernized, it's not that great anymore. They try to make it more service-based by delivering your food to the table, but mess up your order, forget something, only bring 2 napkins for a table of 5, etc. They also don't have napkins or silverware out, you have to go ask for it at the counter. Their fancy modern ordering screens and drink machines are often broken down. Sad to see it get worse like this.

Exceptional and tasty food, I liked the atmosphere this place has, and the employees were very kind. Will definitely visit here next time.

We love hanging out. Last night we arrived in this fine place which friends told us about. We enjoyed a delightful time there with fine cooking and an experienced team and a great cook. We put this fine restaurant in our phone list and we will certainly come back very soon. Highly recommended.

This McDonalds has gone through so many changes and most of them for the worse. The remodel looks good but that the same awful staff. Never again for me.

Food was good but, the cashier was out of change and they forgot to add cream and sugar to my coffee

This spot is good! Affordable rates, large portions and the staff are consistently helpful.

I much prefer this McDonalds location than the ones on Union or Camden. It is much cleaner, and there is plenty of parking.

Order two mcchicken and large coke using mobile. Have them delivered outside to my car. It was quick and smooth.

This place was clean and the employyee was very friendly, however the food was cold and old. When i go to McD's its usually cuz of fries, but it was very cold and nasty.

They have table service!Although the nuggets and fries weren't that great. Kind of dry compared to how they are normally at McDonald's.

I do not like all the new touch screen menus. I liked the old stationary menus up on the wall behind the cash register.The prices of many items have sky rocketed compared to their competitors Like Burger King, Carl's Junior, Jack in the Box.On the plus side, the food is still consistently good.

Through the years, I always enjoyed the quiet afternoon coffee here, recalling the fun memories when the kids were young. Recently, I am revisiting this familiar place and I'm pleasantly surprised to find a new team of management. The services are efficient and prompt. The young team members are very enthusiastic. The Manager, Gabriel, is a polite and considerate young man who goes out of his way for the customers. I am happy to share my impression of this place. Even for the cup of afternoon coffee and the occasional breakfast, Gabriel and his team deserves my sincere review.

The meals and service were above my expectations. We absolutely liked the environment of this restaurant. Superb place to take the family out for lunch.

The food and service was excellent. They are covid safe. The only downside is no drive thru. Other than that it is great.

Every time I’ve been here, without fail, they always manage to forget items in the order. Service is exceptionally slow and employees, particularly the shift manager, are unhelpful when it comes to correcting issues with the order. McDonald’s in the broader sense is usually a well oiled machine. Somehow they managed to leave this one out of the equation because this one is a massive disaster.
